* 논문의 서식

논문의 일반적인 순서는 다음과 같습니다.

Title page

Abstract

Body of text

-       Introduction

-       Materials and Methods

-       Results

-       Discussion

-       (Conclusion or Summary): 결론의 시작은 다음 7가지 중에 적절한 것을 사용하면 됩니다.

1)     In conclusion,

2)     Taken together,

3)     In summary,

4)     Collectively,

5)     To sum up,

6)     Altogether,

7)     Overall,

Acknowledgements

References

Legends for figures (Figure 1개인 경우: Figure legend)

* Word count

Main text: 일반적으로 3,500~5,000 단어

Introduction부터 conclusion 마지막 마침표까지 count합니다.

 (title, abstract, acknowledgements, references, tables, figure legends는 포함하지 않습니다.)

Abstract의 word count: 일반적으로 200~350개

 (Keywords는 포함하지 않습니다)

Title: 일반적으로 150글자 (공백 포함)

 Title은 단어 수가 아닌 글자수로 규정하는 것이 일반적입니다.

MS word에 글자수, 단어수 count 기능이 있습니다(좌측 하단).

* MS word 설정 방법

글자 크기: 10~12

Double-spaced throughout the manuscript except its title page

-       설정 방법: 처리할 부분 모두 블록설정 – 우클릭 – 단락 – 줄 간격 – 2줄

Ragged (unjustified) right margin (왼쪽 정렬): indent (들여쓰기)

Adequate margins: 여백 1인치씩

-       설정 방법: 페이지 레이아웃 – 여백 – 상하좌우 여백을 2.54 cm 씩 설정

Page or line numbering: 저널 규정에 따르기.

폰트: Times New Roman, Tahoma, Arial 등 basic fonts

 

* MS word의 장점

영문법상의 오류는 초록색 줄로,

오타는 빨간색 줄로 알려줍니다!

틀린 단어 블록설정 – 우클릭 – 추천단어 기능

 

* 한글 뒤에는 괄호를 붙여쓰기 영어 뒤에는 괄호를 띄어 씁니다.

Ex) 한글(Korean), English (영어), the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM)

* 저자 중 게재 승락 전에 사망한 경우: Deceased. 표기 가능

* 공동제1저자인 경우: (저널에 따라) Both (These) authors contributed equally to this work. 등으로 표기 가능
